I know here, even though I get scared to death about things, another part of me takes over during that time and is calm to do whatever needs to be done. Maybe that will happen with you? One thing my T has said to me is to trust my system because ultimately it does what it needs to do to get through whatever it is I need to get through.

It's hard to remember that when I'm scared though. I hope the time will go quickly for you. Please keep us posted. We want to support you.
