Clothes are dried, movies are returned, tax extension has been filed BUT...

After I mailed it, I wondered if you're supposed to file one for State and one for Federal? I'm assuming since State falls under Federal in the whole tax process, that one form covers both, but I don't want to make that assumption on my own.

Anyone know for sure?
