So yeah, my first post here...
Anyways, a lot of times now it seems to me that when I listen to music I get these intrusive thoughts. I'm not going to go into detail about said thoughts but whenever I get them I bite my right hand...if only because it gets these sensation when these said intrusive thoughts...intrude. This has been going on for the past week or so but I've never really taken the time to make a post about it.
Anyways, It's not that bad, damage wise, leaving little teeth imprints on my hand for a minute or two ...but it's still kind of disturbing. So I guess I'm looking for well...something...help I guess.
