Hey new here, but I am worried. If you don't have the strength to fight then rest, but please don't you dare give up. Catch your breath, do what you need to, but be safe. Find peace in whatever you need to. Use whatever coping skills you have, and you would appear to have some, as you have helped lot of other people from the number of posts you have made here.
