Fieldhead is no safer than here.
Two professional people have told me that that would only be the very last resort because they don't believe I'd cope there (and I know I won't)
Yeh I need a short break, but a peaceful break and there's no such place.

This is another reason I can't talk I think... 'cause if I do talk I just get advised to go to hospital and I can't... but then everything's trapped inside.
