Yeh I need a short break, but a peaceful break and there's no such place.

You have said here that two professionals told you that it is a last resort and that you wouldn't cope there. I am also a professional and I am worried for you. A mental health hospital is the safest place you can be. There are therapists around you all the time, caring and understanding. You will be able to have a rest there and then when you are discharged, you will be given a CPN and receive the care you need.
