yeah that sucks. it was nice of you to tell them to knock it off and given them a chance to do that before calling the police. sometimes it is better to get the police involved in these kinds of things, though. not so charges are laid necessarily, but more so there is a record and the threat of things being taken much further next time can often be enough to prevent recurrence.
