The pattern I use, really the only actual written pattern I used a lot I was able to memorize and thats what I do now. Its called a granny ripple and it uses double crochet, but I bet you could use single too. Its sooooo easy and thats why I like it. The hardest part is starting it blind but after its started, there's no going through stitches so its mega simple. I bmade hates and scarves before too, and one ponscho. I enjoy the blankets though, I have yet to make one for myself. I'm finishing up the baby blanket and started work on another for a friend, this time modifying the pattern making it wider and the ripples less defined. I'm sometimes amazed at myself and my ability to still create pieces which everyone says are beautiful. When I'm working on themm though, it feels like second nature. I just have friends pick out the colors I want. Its such a great way to meditate. Just not so easy now that I have a kitten lol. Locked myself in my room today to work on it.

I'm freaking out right now because b f is late and not answering his phone. Probably a crisis at work and he's fine but I'm worried.....arrrrrrrrg. So glad I'm able to be here now to help me though these times tee hee.
