out t will hug us...both our child alter and me...sometimes she ask if we want a hug and sometimes we ask her for one...either way it is okay...and she knows too that on really bad days that she will come and sit next to us on the sofa..

she also knows that we are dissociating really bad that it helps to ground us if she sits next to us and touches us...
