I don't want to sound like a know-it-all but this might be helpful. Martin Seligman, the University of Pennsylvania happiness researcher, suggests that we find out what our character strengths are and use them to transform our work, as far as possible, into something enjoyable. The way I figure, we should do anything we can do to infuse enjoyment and meaning into our work, since we spend many of our waking hours at work.
