Definitely get headaches but I've had headaches ever since I can remember so I don't know that I pay much attention to them. T has noticed and mentioned that I sometimes rub my head but I don't know that even now I pay much attention to them other than a fleeting thought of having a headache. When I was younger, Drs looked for brain tumors, etc because of them. We didn't know back then what was going on for me though.

It's very hard for me to pay attention to what goes on with my body physically because it doesn't feel like it's my body. It's just the body I am in right now. I guess I've been ignoring that a body exists for so long that I don't know how to pay attention to it now unless I make a conscious effort.

All that to say, I just don't know lol. T has said things like, are you back yet, or similar, but I don't know if the headaches come before, during or after.

I don't think this post was much help, but I wanted to let you know I read it and want to support. It's something that maybe I should try to pay more attention to in order to figure out my brain better.
