I am an abuse survivor who lived with an abusive spouse for 26 years. I used to have nightmares that my husband and T (who was male) would take turns holding me down and r*ping me. I would wake up screaming. I never told T about them. Looking back it probably would have helped me to tell him.

I agree with the others who suggested writing the dreams down and telling your T.
