I've had kind of a stockpile of old meds at home that didn't work. A friend just helped me get rid of them because I was afraid of what I might do with them. Should be more grateful than I am.

Hung over from a bottle of champagne and several shots of vodka last night. Not so very proud of myself right now. Don't want to work tomorrow. Don't want to get out of bed tomorrow. Don't want to clean out the trash can I puked in. Feel trapped, dead, worthless, stupid.

Trying not to, but feeling shame.
