you are correct. and when I said that he told me that that was very depressing. and he got mad at me. he said it hurt him to know thats my view of him and that he was sad to think thats how I thought of him. he said he doesnt care about any of my past boyfriends and swears up and down that he would break up with me instead of just cheating. but he cheated on his last girlfriend. he said thats how he knew he didnt care about her anymore is that he cheated, she was calling him, and he didnt care at all. they were together for 3 years and went through a lot of crap, but im scared that will happen to me now. i just dont know if i believe the whole "once a cheater always a cheater thing". but also, i guess if he was going to cheat on me, he wouldnt voluntarily give me a reason to worry. and he probably wouldnt have told me that unless he was being honest about not cheating on me.
