I don't have to pay my psychologist, because it's through the NHS.
I'm pretty sure she's sick of me though, I think CBT lasts 20 weeks at the most, she's probably counting down the weeks until I leave. I was going to ask her - but I didn't want to sound stupid, I think she's awesome though
