I've been there. Cutting is like the gateway SI. I started on my arms, it got to obvious so I moved to my legs. I was found out. After that you find more secretive ways to "cope" and it can just get worse and worse. I'd od on pills every day for weeks at a time so I could think of something else (throwing up at the time) than what was causing me to do this. As much as you don't want to deal with whatever you're feeling, it'll get worse. It helps to talk, even if not to a doc. (I don't) Just someone to listen and not judge, someone you trust. Not always a doc, wasn't for me.
