Goal: get through this evening, looking after yourself the best way you can?

if that involves going to the ER, then that's ok. it means you aren't by yourself and struggling with something you need help with. if it means you don't need to go to ER, but have a chat to a friend or watch some tv, then that's great also. do whatever you need to do to make tonight the best it can possibly be for you. i know that, given your mood, it might not be great - but i'm interested in you minimising your distress.
