I pay out of pocket too, don't want my so called insurers knowing my business. I live in a big city on the East coast. Pay T about $2000/month give or take. That's because I go x3/week. Crazy right?

The patient's job is to repeat in the therapy all the stuff that has been disastrous before. The T's job is to not let it happen, but to point out how it is happening.
