yes, you should talk to the principle/office. they should be able to help, maybe at least find you a mentor, somebody to talk to. but they may have some sort of programs. definitely worth asking about.
also, if you practice a faith you may be able to get counseling that way, i did for a while when i couldn't see anyone else because of my mom.
