I'm on abilify, wellbutrin and effexor. Before I went off the abilify cold turkey I was sleeping all day everyday. The only way to deal with that was to sleep. Now that I went back on the abilify at half the original dose I don't feel as sleepy. Not saying that you should quit taking your meds, please don't, just that you may be over medicated and that's why you're getting those side effects. I think the best way for you to deal is to talk to your psych and see what he/she says.
