I am really having extremely tough time...but my doctor although one of the best psychiatrists is hardly having anytime to explain me why he discontinued lithium and what effect it will have on me...

I mean what to do... i am feeling so bad...heart is racing rapidly...feeling fearful..feeling like crying...please anyone can relate and how u have coped with it after discontinuing lithium...
