I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I suffer from bibolar and also skitso(I probally spelled that wrong) trates. I have suffered from these for many years. I am hoping that an open forum will bring some sort of piece to my life right now. The holidays have really got a hold on me and I am just really down right now. I don't know how to talk about it to my partner.
