I have been pretty stable in the last few months, but today i have felt anxious and manic and a bit panicky. I went to the movies with my boyfriend and mutual friend and his wife. I felt almost clausterphobic which is NOT like me. Later, him starting to move dishes around was too loud. he thought I was getting a cold because of my ears and face hurting. At the movies, I felt like my ears were closing up like I might faint and I rushed outside for the cold air. Then back at his place, things were still too loud and irritating and I attacked my BF and demanded sex, basically. He said he was tired, but I didn't let him say no- begged, basically. It was REEEEAAAALLLLY good, which yes it happens, but I'm thinking it was because I'm going manic. After, I didn't feel as wound up for a while lbut now I'm right back to wanting to run around and go a million miles and hour. I haven't missed any meds and in fact, took benedryl tonight- we'll see if that helps. I took it for allergies, but it might make me tired. I don't want to take my other sleeping meds because I have a psych. dr. appt. tomorrow morning, coincidentally. I feel also like I want to punch people. This hasn't happened for months. We'll see how I feel in the morning. Its not like I had caffiene or anything either. And when I have other times, it hasn't done this. So I dunno. .I'm gonna try to watch Family Guy on DVD that I bought the other day- oh yeah- I spent $150 on DVDs the other day. Fun fun! Not wise, but yeehaw. I know people out there spend thousands on junk they'll never use, but at least I like what I bought. lol I haven't heard any voices, so at least that's good. I'm on Depakote AND Lithium right now. I was supposed to talk about gettingn off Depakote tomorrow and going on only Lithium, but now I dunno what she'll say. I wish I didn't feel like beating people up and MAN was that sex good! (Good thing I have a boyfriend and was over there!) Sometimes NONE of the above happens up I hear voices talking to me. They aren't there right now which I guess means the Lithium is doing SOMEthing.
