I think that can get a glimpse of his books in amazon.. just search for the book u want,click it,and after that look for an option called "look inside" or something like that..
anyway,in my opinion,david burns is THE BEST and his books have changed my life-period!!
I had a clinical depression and many other "helpless " problems and the methods outlined in his books changed my life!!
