ok so the otehr day i left a post talking about how my dad said something to me about being depressed and how i freaked out about itand just saying i was fine and telling him to stop. well....i got an email this mornign from him saying all the things he wanted to say but couldnt say. and im once again freaking out....like i have noidea how to respond to this or anything!! ahhhh sorry i just needed to get that out but i stilll just dont know what to do. hes at work right now...i feel weird even having to face him tonight after this i hate my life
