My reg T has a great office. She has a painting I did for her called "the madness of the fourth of july" displayed and she is getting a frame for my newest creation called "the madness of a snowstorm" then she will hang it in her office. They are abstract art. The fourth of july one is a collection of shapes blending and stretching and adding to each other. I did it during the fourth of july weekend when I was having flashbacks brought on by fireworks. The new one I did is like a large painting with tons of small things hidden in the picture that are meaningful to me and maybe to her not sure. But its like one of those pictures where you look for the hidden smaller pictures. I do my best art when I am stressed and the snow storm was really stressfull.
My emdr T her office is boring and bare besides the eeyore I gave her because I told her she sometimes sounds like she would be a good T for the hundred acre woods. She says stuff like oh dear oh my good grief..lol
so for her office I would add lamps and rugs.
