You don't mention where you live, but in California there is the Department of Mental Health that could assist you if you are unable to pay. There are also some county programs. It maybe beneficial to call a help line or something like that to find out if there are options available to you.
Untreated major depressive episodes are very serious and require treatment especially to prevent relapse. I am sorry that you are in such a situation.

i do not give out my location for all the many reasons .. i tried to check on places that would treat this but all want money ..and we just dont have it at this time .. sliding scales are not even good for us at this point.
It is a fear of mine that relapse would occur and then at the same time i think .. what if it doesnt? Which would be far better.
