Jmo, but talking it out with a professional isn't going to hurt but it can help you in many ways.
There may be other things going on in your life that are causing these feelings.
There's many variables in your life, but the telling point to me is if you are questioning it then you are depressed. Only a therapist/physician in real life can make the correct diagnosis.

You are of legal age and should be able to get a referral to a counselor through a community agency. Fees are on a sliding scale and are reasonable.
Your family physician would be a good place to start, Vincent.
