You have to find the courage to stand up to him and tell him you don't want to see him anymore. Once you say it you'll need to stick to it. Tell him he can't check your emails or phone logs anymore. These things aren't any of his business! You have to be strong... it will be difficult but you will feel so much better about yourself once you realize you are actually in control of your own life and not some guy who says he's not your boyfriend.
