actually i was put on lithium for my unipolar depression (not for bipolar depression) so i believe there is no q of return of mania......

what i am finding is i am unable to sleep at all and my heart is racing rapidly, i feel fearful and crying and a very strange nasty feeling....

i was on lithium 400 mg for 4 months.

may be i will get adjusted to be without lithium but this period of adjustment is too tough.

feelinga little better today.
