Thank you for response Cam. I had decided to do as you suggested.....I did not restart the lamictal and will call my pdoc on Monday, explain the situtation and see what she says. I have, what I believe, is my last scan on Thursday and Friday of this week and an appointment with an endocrinologist the following Wed. I know that the thyroid presents some problems with hormones, etc. so I will inform my pdoc where we are with regard to the tyroid issue and let her decide what I should do tomorrow..... The intense wave of depression has past, so I am comfortable in waiting for some definitive answers until we get everything figured out . Thank you again for your help.
