Fibromyalgia is under the umbrella of the Arthritis Foundation.

I think natural hormones are the way to go, if you can...but that article talks about low cortisol levels....
I don't have fibromyalgia, but do have chronic pain and stress disorders. My cortisol levels are quite low. However, I recently read that, though cortisol levels might be below "normal" in pain patients, they are still "too high" for some people who are hypersensitive to cortisol. Can't recall where I was reading though.
