Just keep in touch with us. Write it all down. Believe it or not some times it actually helps to put things down in writing.

I daren't write them down... I hate thinking about them after because they are so disturbing and horrible. At the moment I'm filling out a questionnaire for when I go to the initial consultation with a T and in that I'm asked to describe my dreams... I'm struggling so much with that. I keep having to stop and go back to it.
