Andy everyone makes mistakes from time to time. Don't beat yourself up about it. I've said things in poor judgement in the past myself. You've
apologised and thats the main thing.

If some are not able to forgive than that is there loss unfortunately. Alot
have said things here mistakenly or when they may have not been feeling
well.

There were times when I was on heavy duty meds and unfortunately couldn't remember myself who I had conversed with or what I had said.

Also some people read into or take things out of context, thats necessarily not your fault.
