Thanks for your post. My name is Jen and I'm 31. I have depression, panic disorder and OCD. I hang mostly in general, depression, anxiety and occasionally I will wander to other forums. I understand your feelings of isolation. I too feel very lonley here at times and that hurts. On the other hand, I get lots of support from some very special people. I think that is because I have been coming out of my shell more lately. I guess it takes time. We'll brave it together.
