shadow i have things i can do when i am very angry inside. i do safe things so nobody gets hurt while i am getting the anger inside of my mind out of my mind and body. sometimes i write angry words in journal or a draw pictures of what i feel angry about. i hit pillows and pick them up and scream, scream loud into the pillows and keep screaming into the pillows until the mad is all drained out of me. i do not want to hit because that was what they did to me when they were angry. they hit me and hit me and i did not do anything wrong.they took their mad out on me and hurt me really badly. they made me feel sad, angry, ashamed, small, helpless and i did NOT like it. be angry but do not hurt the people with your anger.
YOU ARE NOT BAD. THOSE PEOPLE WERE BAD TO U!!!
YOU CAN FIND A WAY TO HEAL AND GET A GOOD LIFE BACK. IT WILL WORK OUT. I PROMISE A WHOLE BUNCH - IT DID FOR US AND WE ARE ORDINARY.
