Really need a hug... a real IRL hug
Just wish someone would care... I know people care.. my doc, Nicki who's my employment coach, Briony who's helping with my anxiety. Just wish for a 'friend' to care.
Ugh, I'm selfish and ungrateful.
Been struggling again lately and I just think about me. About this stupid amount of pain in my chest that will not disappear, about the memories, triggers, all the stupid thoughts racing around in my head. Trying to fix it, but nothing helps. Oh here i go again, sorry.
