light deprivation can certainly exacerbate depression, lethargy, etc. have you talked with your pdoc aabout this? it might help you to have this light therapy.
also if you and your hubby sign releases to your two different therapists they can work in harmony with your two therapies. this may open the door to communication for you and hubby.
