1. good listener
2. hang on - gotta go find a cookie or something, this is hard ......
2. um, dissociating and getting distracted, even after the cookie and hot chocolate
2. good at dissociating?
2. empathy (at least partly based on my own challenges)
3. at least she's trying to be open and honest
