You're very attentive to post this and help others by your example of how you went about it. I'd have to review my posts to figure out how I stumbled out of my shell of hiding before wading in and posting beyond my little hidey hole of comfort. It is scary to reach out but so wonderful the ability to connect for at least a moment to know we are not alone in our paths to better mental health.

Now tell them the truth about how we all stormed the boards with ethel and her waxing cousin (that's a post for real folks that is a hoot if you ever need a non sequitur story with amazing authors--us! lol)
