I am sorry your feeling this way. I totally understand the anxiety part of it. I always hear the advice to take things one day at a time. For me, thats too much. I take things 1 hour at a time. Maybe you could try doing that. Also, TEA. I will preach this to anyone feeling anxious. CHAMOMILE. It is my saving grace. In fact I could use a big cup right about now. Also, Angie had a wonderful idea about relaxing CD's. I use this method for peaceful sleeping.
