CottonCandyLocks, I feel your torment so deeply. I understand the place your in and I worry about you. I don't think you should skip your second appt. Please get the help you need. Going off meds cold turkey and taking too much of your meds is very dangerous. Please stop hurting yourself like this. You can get through this and come out the other side in tact.
