Thank you for your concern

I just got back from a session with my T, where I cried most of the way through.

He was very understanding. He was concerned; he wanted to know if i needed to go to the hosp.

I said no.

I hate the hosp (who doesnt?) I will avoid that any way possible.

Im still a bit teary, but im doing a little better.
