I don't know what medz affect you and I was on Effexor for a couple of years and my Docs didn't want to change them. So I stopped and felt OK through the sumeer and fall but hit a brick wall right around Black Friday. Got good family and kin but us big guys are to proud to talk about depression because we are not allowed to be down cuz I keep everyone else up. The dayz are growing longer but I still need a good kick in the ***** to get going. I just sit around and think about things that need to be done and get overwelmed and then nothing gets done. I want and think of things to do but man it feels like I way 10,000# 's and can't move... So I SIt Here. It's Frustrating I use to be so active...
