As with radmaker3's suggestion of a pill box, I'd advise you to get a watch with multiple alarms/timers to help you remember to take your meds. Post it notes on your bathroom mirror or refridgerator can help too. I have to take meds 5 different times a day&I manage by using all of the methods I suggested. I haven't had any problems since 9/08 when I got the watch&it's made a big difference. Believe it or not-youcan find reasonably priced watches with these features at places like Target&K-Mart if you're low on funds.
