Do not feel guilty for posting this, I what you're feeling, and you can post here as often as you need to. Are you seeing a therapist? Counselor? Social worker? Talk to them for something to help you sleep at night, as well as what feeling you're having, you need to get them out in order to start the healing process.
I know it all sounds easier said than done, I'm still working on that myself but in the group I'm in, we are there for each other and give support and ideas to help get through the rough times.
Keep posting, don't ever feel guilty for saying how you're feeling.
