Fisrtly, your T is right about the notes in that there are usually two sets of notes. The official notes that are kept on your file, that you are allowed to see. T will also have seperate notes that she doesn't have to show you, these notes are usually 'reminders' for the T.

I am amazed because her own personal notes should not be written on a post-it note and she certainly shouldn't be writing that you are a Brat! Are you sure T wrote that you are a Brat? If so, run for the hills and get another T!
