Are you anxious over the "cats", zen? I know it can't be your computer class giving you anxiety cuz you've got the computer whiz in your pocket!!

Maybe keep some paper by the bed and when you get up you could write down what you need to accomplish and how you plan on doing it. Then you could write down what is causing you anxiety for the day and then write down both the positive and negative (for instance, you're worried that Sally and Cathy will start their gossiping again and distract you. Negative--you'll sit and worry that maybe it's about you or about someone you know. It's distracting and it upsets you to hear people act that way. Positive--You could gently say, "hey guys, I'm really struggling in this class and I really need to concentrate. Do you mind talking during break?" Though talking to them may be hard, the positive one will remove the situation. Or you could even see if you can remove you if you can't get them to stop. Make any sense?
