How does one get the correct treatment needed if the alter that holds the issue is not present when you go to see the doctor? - (ex like when they send you for test for a medical problem and she (my alter) has stopped the problem temporary, therefore, nothing is found.

I hate having to play tag with my alter or having to be sneaky with them in order to get the care my body deserves.
