One more thought if I may. You do not have to "let go". I would encourage you in fact to hang on to your memories and love as tight as you can. Hold them in your heart. Let your grandmother's memory live forever in you. Remember the good times and the joy you brought each other. The grief and pain will get less but the love will grow.
